Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SkyDealsGo, we aim to provide transparent information about our post-ticketing service fees. These charges apply per passenger, per ticket, and are in addition to any airline or supplier-imposed fees. Below is a detailed breakdown of how fees are applied for cancellations, changes, and special services.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Booking

If you request a service executive–assisted cancellation within 24 hours of booking, the following fees will apply per passenger, per ticket:

• Domestic flights: $75.00

• International flights: $100.00

• Business Class & First Class (any route): $100.00

Cancellations Beyond 24 Hours of Booking

For cancellations requested after 24 hours, charges differ based on whether you opt for future credit or a refund:

• Service executive–assisted cancellation with future credit:

  • Domestic: $75.00

  • International: $75.00

  • Business/First Class (Domestic): $100.00

  • Business/First Class (International): $100.00

• Service executive–assisted cancellation with refund:

  • Domestic: $150.00

  • International: $250.00

  • Business/First Class (Domestic): $250.00

  • Business/First Class (International): $250.00

Changes to Existing Tickets

If you need changes to an existing ticket with executive assistance, fees depend on travel class, route, and how close the change is to your new travel dates:

• Within 10 days of new travel dates:

  • Economy (Domestic): $125.00

  • Economy (International): $200.00

  • Business/First Class (Domestic): $200.00

  • Business/First Class (International): $200.00

• Beyond 10 days of new travel dates:

  • Economy (Domestic): $100.00

  • Economy (International): $175.00

  • Business/First Class (Domestic): $175.00

  • Business/First Class (International): $175.00

Special Service Requests

For service executive–assisted waivers, fees vary as follows:

• Economy (Domestic): $75.00

• Economy (International): $100.00

• Business/First Class (Domestic): $100.00

• Business/First Class (International): $150.00

These fees apply when requesting assistance with special cases such as:

• Death or bereavement

• Duplicate booking

• Medical issues

• Name change or correction

• No-show cases

• Routing changes

• Unaccompanied minor (UNMR) requests

• Visa issues

Other Terms & Conditions

• Refunds and future credits are subject to each airline’s fare rules and policies.

• Service fees for changes, cancellations, refunds, and credits are charged per passenger, per ticket.

• SkyDealsGo’s service fees are non-refundable and may change without prior notice.

• Fees apply in addition to airline or supplier charges.

• Government-imposed taxes and fees are subject to change. The amount shown on your card statement will match the total displayed on our website or quoted by our executive.

• Most airline tickets are non-refundable. Refunds are only possible if fare rules allow it, you are not marked as a “no show,” and SkyDealsGo has accepted your refund request.

• All special service requests are handled on a request-only basis. Fees will be charged upon processing, but if the airline denies the request, the fee may be refunded.
